New Center for Chemistry and Forensic Science

Delta Mechanical is proud to join Bacon Construction Co., Inc. and Wilson Architects Inc. in the construction of a new 133,000 square foot Center for Chemistry and Forensic Science at the University of Rhode Island. This new state of the art facility includes research and teaching laboratories, classrooms, office and administrative space. The project seeks LEED silver certification.

West Roxbury YMCA – Boston, MA

We have recently been awarded the Plumbing and HVAC scopes of work for the expansion of the West Roxbury YMCA. The project will almost double the size of the existing facility to 40,000 square feet. Delta is looking forward to a successful project as it joins General Contractor Alexandra Construction of Newton and Architect Linea 5, Inc. of Boston in this endeavor.

Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament – Huge Success!

The 3rd Annual Delta Mechanical Charity Golf Tournament was held Saturday, September 26th at Metacomet Country Club. We had an amazing turnout of players and sponsors, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their generous donations, sponsorships and time! All proceeds from the event will benefit Make A Wish Foundation and Home & Hospice of Rhode Island. Our Grand Prize winner, Jim Shea of F.W. Webb Company, won a trip for four to Florida for a round of golf and tickets to the Patriots vs Dolphins game – Congratulations!

Delta Mechanical recently joined the team of Calson Construction and CDM Smith of Cambridge, MA to construct the Regulatory Compliance Building at the Field’s Point Wastewater Treatment Facility located in Providence, RI. The entire Field’s Point WWTP, including the existing Laboratory and Corporate Office Building, is to remain fully operational during the entire construction period.
